Owner Family & Team

Zoé's Paradise: A Family & Community Venture

Zoe's Paradise is a unique boutique hotel on Samosir Island, born from the heart of a Swiss-Bataknese family. Named after our daughter, Zoe, in keeping with Batak tradition, our hotel embodies a personal touch and warm hospitality. While Zoe and her mother are currently in Switzerland, they remain deeply connected to the daily operations, ensuring our guests experience the true spirit of Samosir.

Our dedicated team, primarily composed of young locals, is the backbone of Zoe's Paradise. Many are new to the hospitality industry, and we are committed to their growth and development. The COVID-19 pandemic significantly impacted our staffing, and we appreciate your understanding as we rebuild and refine our services. We are dedicated to providing an authentic experience, and we welcome your feedback to ensure your stay is truly exceptional. Thank you for being a part of our journey as we create a paradise together.
